I Like to Travel
My family loves to travel. We have been in Italy, Germany, France, Spains, Russia, Israel and some other countries of Europe and America. We enjoy seen historical sites, learning more about our history and culture. Last time we went to Florence.
We visited the most famous museum in the world, the Uffizi Gallery. The Uffizi were intended to house the offices of the famous Medici family. Today the Uffizi contains masterpieces from the 13th to the 18th century, such as Cimabue, Giotto, Masaccio, Beato Angelico, Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli, Michelangelo, Piero della Francesca, Raphael, Caravaggio, along with Rubens, Rembrandt, Drer, Goya and many others.

I Like to Cook
I cook Russian food. The most favorite of them is borsch.
The borsch contains beef, red beets, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley, tomato, and parsley.

My favorite Jewish food are blintzes and Jewish Apple Cake.
A blintz is a thin pancake rolled around a filling. It is filled with sweetened cottage cheese or mashed potatoes and onion, and with fruit, such as apple, cherry or blueberry as well. I fried them in oil and serve with sour cream and/or applesauce.
Jewish apple cake is a very light cake with chunks of apples in it. It has no dairy products because of kashrut rules. Instead of milk I use apple juice.
I Like Classical Music
I prefer Western Music, and Beethoven is my favorite composer.
